I felt it was time for another update and some analysis of what’s been going on in Israel and the world. I apologize that it’s been so long since my last one. I only like to make updates when I have something new to say or that really needs to be commented on. Here are the topics I have to discuss with you this time:

1. Tracking the War in Israel Against Daniel 11

As a reminder, the attacks of October 7th by Hamas began on the final day of Sukkot (the most important day of the Feast of Tabernacles – John 7:37). It was also the 50th anniversary of the Yom Kippur war. Such symbolic timing indicates to me that this attack was by no means random or insignificant. Plus, when we look at these events in the light of Daniel 11, four months after the attack (my last update on this was November 17, 2023), I would say that the comparison still holds. Hamas attacked the Negev region of Israel, which surrounds Gaza. Western ships are still fighting in the region and have held back a larger invasion from taking place. True, missiles have been flying, but there have been no significant invasions of Hezbollah fighters from the north. Not at this time, at least. I think they will come as part of the prophesied Gog-Magog War (Ezekiel 38), but this hasn’t started yet.

29 At the appointed time he (the King of the North) will invade the South (Negev) again, but this time the outcome will be different from what it was before. 30 Ships of the western coastlands will oppose him, and he will lose heart. Then he will turn back and vent his fury against the holy covenant. He will return and show favor to those who forsake the holy covenant.

We now know undeniably that Iran was involved in the planning and funding of Hamas’ invasion of Israel, so there is clear connection with a “king of the north”-type entity. They invaded the South, which is the Hebrew word, negev, which is also the name of the southern part of Israel where the attacks occurred. And immediately, the ships of the west (ships of Kittim) were deployed to the area and they are still fighting there with the goal to keep the war from spreading, namely to keep Iran and Hezbollah out of the main fight.

But, according to the chronological order of the prophecy, the next event should be the abomination of desolation. We’ll get back to that at the end of this newsletter, but here is the passage, as a reminder.

31 Forces from him will arise, desecrate the sanctuary fortress, and do away with the regular sacrifice. And they will set up the abomination of desolation. 32 And by smooth words he will turn to godlessness those who act wickedly toward the covenant, but the people who know their God will be strong and take action.

We may also see an end to the Israel-Gaza War in the near future. There have been a lot of heavy negotiations trying to resolve both the “day-after” Gaza problem and the Palestinian state question. One thing is for sure, Israel is not going to tolerate a terrorist run zone within Gaza any longer. Hamas will be fully and completely eradicated, or they will maintain military control over the area. But between Israel, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Egypt, it seems that some kind of solution is being furiously worked on. Such pressure to resolve this problem sooner than later is also falling in line with the timing for peace with Saudi Arabia and a new status quo regarding the Temple Mount, in the very near future. Of course, we have heard the talk a peace deal being imminent many times, but maybe this time it will be.

I gave a presentation at Landmark Community Church recently on Daniel 9, explaining why I believe we should really be looking for Christ’s second coming aligned with a second seventy sevens, i.e. 490 years after another decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem. It seems to be the clearest and best presentation of the information that I’ve put together to date, based on the feedback I’ve gotten so far. It’s about 101 minutes, but well worth watching.

3. November 2024 Elections in the US

Despite what looks to me like the most corrupt law-fare campaign ever waged against former President Donald Trump to prevent him from ever returning to politics, it is increasingly clear that not only will Donald Trump likely be the Republican nominee in 2024, but he will probably beat the presumptive democratic nominee, President Joe Biden, for a second time. Yes, in my opinion, it looks ever more like the 2020 presidential election was plagued by fraud and that Trump should have won. There is a surprising amount of evidence to support this claim that our woke and leftist Department of Justice simply refuses to investigate, but you can find it if you look. The first major evidence came ad hoc on the night of the elections and in the days and weeks that followed through social media and televised hearings, etc. Then there was the documentary, 2000 Mules, by Dinesh D’Souza (availability to watch it now is limited, but you can learn how to sign up to watch it here, if you didn’t see it: https://rumble.com/v13v4sv-2000-mules.html).

But a new Heartland Institute Study also recently reported that they estimate that over 20% of the mail-in ballots were cast fraudulently, by surveyed voter’s own admissions, which alone was easily enough to alter the results of the election. https://heartland.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/Feb-24-2020-Election-Analysis-vWeb_Final.pdf

I believe that in 2020 there was an egregious failure of our electoral system and that there was a deliberate conspiracy to prevent Trump from winning a second term—by the left’s own admission in this shocking article published in Time magazine on February 4, 2021. It makes the open admission that there was a massive, organically coordinated effort to prevent Trump from getting elected a second time, which they believed was not subverting democracy, but rather “saving” it. https://time.com/magazine/us/5936018/february-15th-2021-vol-197-no-5-u-s/

So, now the question is, what can we expect in 2024? Some people would say that fair and free elections are already over in the US, but I’m not so sure. Yes, I believe that there was most likely wide-spread fraud in 2020, and to a lesser extent in 2022. However, since then, things have become so difficult in the US (inflation, crime, etc.), and the border crisis so extreme, that I think the radical left in America (which probably only make up about 20% of the population) have begun to turn the rest of the nation against their foolish policies, woke ideas, and the generally self-destructive path they have set our nation on. Even if people hate Trump, most understand that the country was better off while he was president than on any day in the last three years since Biden took office. Therefore, I think there is a very good chance that Trump will be elected president for a second term in November.

There’s another reason that I suspect Trump will be elected again, though. Jonathan Cahn wrote a really interesting book, The Paradigm, comparing the political careers of Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Donald Trump, to the kings of Israel, Ahad, Jezebel, Joram, and Jehu.

It’s a very interesting premise, and surprisingly, there are many similarities between the events of those kings and these modern leaders in America–even down to the length of time that they were in public office, compared to the number of years each king reigned. All except for Trump, who is likened to Jehu, but Jehu reigned for twenty eight years, which is obviously not going to happen. However, it got me thinking, so I looked further into the events of Jehu’s reign, and I found something interesting. In the seventh year of Jehu, a righteous king arose in Jerusalem. His name was Joash and he also restored the temple during his reign (2 Kings 12:4-12).

In the seventh year of Jehu, Joash became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem forty years. His mother’s name was Zibiah; she was from Beersheba. Joash did what was right in the eyes of the Lord all the years Jehoiada the priest instructed him.

Now, this might seem like a stretch, but I simply looked and said, well, if the pattern holds, then it would fit the return of Jesus, the true and righteous king of Jerusalem, who will restore the temple in the days of his millennial reign–who would return in the seventh year of… well, Trump. The last trump, so to speak ;). And if Trump is elected in November, then he will be president for a 5th year in 2025, a 6th year in 2026, and a 7th year in 2027. Again, this might be a bit out there, but it fits my overall timeline and it really does look to me like Trump will be elected again, so I thought I would share it with you. [Bonus item: And speaking of things to share with you from Jonathan Cahn, this video has two amazing and real events that happened very recently that look like genuine signs to me and his video on them is worth watching.]

The last thing I want to say about the election is this. If Trump isn’t elected, and we get another four years of a radical leftist president, then America, as the world has known it, will likely be no more. We’ll have to change its name to the U.S.S.A. (The United Socialist States of America), or some other such variation. Or maybe we could become East & West USA, or North & South USA, or better yet, three separate countries: Californistan, Chicagostonia, & Texas. This is a little tongue in cheek, but not completely. Our nation is so deeply divided, it is hard to imagine how we are going to close the gaps. But whatever happens, I’m guessing that 2024 will be a dramatic year in the US and around the world.

4. My Next Book: Finding Solomon

Finding Solomon: Rediscovering the Works of Israel’s Greatest Builder

I’ve been able to make some really good progress on my next book since returning from Israel last year, and with winter firmly settled into the Black Hills, I’m out of excuses to not finish it. I’m hoping to finally have the first draft ready within the next couple of months. This far in, I feel really comfortable with my evidence and conclusions, which, once again, will fly in the face of the present unanimous consent concerning the works of Solomon.

I’m going to present the evidence that the great stones of the Temple Mount were built by Solomon, not Herod the Great, as everyone commonly accepts and believes. The case is truly overwhelming, and I think it will be another case of “the emperor has no clothes” when people see the evidence for Solomon versus Herod. I’m not sure what it will take to convince the scholars, but I’m not worried about that. The truth always has a way of eventually breaking through.

5. The Red Heifer Sacrifice

We are now within the window for the sacrifice of one of the five red heifers that were brought to Israel on September 15, 2022. Since that time, at least one of the heifers may have already been disqualified (https://www.cogwriter.com/news/religious-news/temple-institute-says-one-red-heifer-disqualified-with-four-remaining-viable/), but this may only increase their urgency to sacrifice one of them. They are now at the age to sacrifice (at least one day over 2 years old), and the place to sacrifice them has already been purchased on the Mount of Olives.

A practice sacrifice has even been conducted to validate their planned procedure. So they really are 100% ready to make the ashes of the red heifer whenever they choose.

So will it happen soon? I think so. I was thinking about the timing, and I was looking for what might trigger it. Some posts suggest that it will be done for the Passover this year, which will start on April 22nd (the 14th of Nisan). But I’m inclined to think it will be done on or before March 29th, which will be the Shabbat of the Red Heifer, Shabbat Sarah, the 20th of Adar II. This date begins the preparation for Passover, and is when the priests would traditionally begin to purify themselves so that they would be ready for the sacrifice of the Korban Pesach, or Passover lamb.

Coincidentally, March 30th will be 1290 days before Yom Kippur, the 10th of Tishri, in 2027, which will fall on October 11th. This makes it a possible time for the Abomination of Desolation.

666. The Abomination of Desolation, Coming Soon?

I’ve been waiting and watching for this moment for 15 years. I really can’t believe that the time is finally here, and I’m honestly not sure what to expect. But here we are. If nothing happens, then it probably means that my idea of two 490-year periods is out the window, or maybe my calculations are just a little off, and it will be either just before or a little after the March 30th date, but if nothing at all happens before summer, then it would seem that my theory was based on just some really astounding coincidences, but that’s all.

But even since April 2020, so many things have happened that in my mind confirm that my assumptions are correct, that I really do expect something to happen. What do I think is going to happen? Well, based on just some of the things that I know have happened in Israel and the typical radical Muslim responses to them, here is what I think might happen. Israel will soon sacrifice the red heifer. In response, jihadists will organize a massive response that will be centered on storming the Temple Mount. This isn’t difficult, since there are still plenty of radically-minded Muslims living in Israel and the “West Bank” areas, including just north and east of the Old City of Jerusalem. It will in many ways be like protests and demonstrations of the past, but something will be different this time. Somehow, the antichrist will be present this time, and he will make some kind of speech or spectacle on the Temple Mount, in the immediate vicinity of the Dome of the Spirits, and it will be seen by the world, as a sign to the nations. It’s hard to tell what that will look like, but even if it is still unclear who it is after that, the antichrist should rise to power 30 days later (on or around April 29th), for the start of his 42-month reign. Whatever happens, it needs to be recognizable. It doesn’t need to be what I expect to happen, but it needs to match Scripture when it does.

As for who might the Antichrist be? That is truly still a mystery. There must be at least a dozen possible candidates that one could find named on the internet, but it won’t be until the abomination of desolation that we can really say for sure. There is one sign that will be a kind of secondary confirmation, though, in addition to halting the sacrifice and setting up the abomination of desolation. His number will be 666. This is, of course, another mystery. It may be a reference to Gematria and a way that his name will be equal to 666, as shown below for Recep Erdogan, the current president of Turkey. Or perhaps, it may be a reference to the occult and the connection that the antichrist will have to witchcraft and ancient Babylonian cultic worship, or something else that will reveal itself in time. I’m not really prepared to give an answer on this one, but this gives you a glimpse into some of the things I am wondering about regarding the identity of the antichrist and the number 666. Everything I have seen so far about who the antichrist is has been somewhat arbitrary and subjective, so I’m mostly taking a wait-and-see approach on this one.

Wrapping Up

If I’m wrong about the timing in 2024, then my opinion will count even less than it does right now, but I will still say that we are very close to Christ’s return and that we are living in the last days. By probabilities, I should be wrong because no one else is really saying what I am, but that’s not how I determine if something is right or not. I simply look at the facts and try to figure out what the truth is. As a researcher, I have always been working on uncovering truths that no one knew about yet, so it doesn’t really feel all that strange to be a lone voice, at this point at least. However, the moment of truth is coming, and after that, if I’m right, I expect that things will begin to change. If that’s the case, then the call that rang out at midnight for the virgins who were expecting the Bridegroom (Matthew 25:6) is about to sound. If all this comes to pass, then that will be the time when everything about how we are thinking and living as believers should change. We’ll need to wake up, trim our wicks, and make sure that we have extra oil. We’ll need to be bold and tell our family, friends, and anyone who will listen that the Bridegroom is coming. But even if that doesn’t happen, and there is no antichrist this Spring, just about anyone who’s watching the news regularly could say that 2024 looks like it will be a rough ride. And there’s little hope that 2025 will be any better. So no matter what, it looks like tough times are coming, and it’s a good idea to do what we can to be prepared. This is also a good time to get right with God and to be sure that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior. He will surely save everyone who truly believes in Him, but that means we must also repent and turn away from our sin.
